First week down

I am all packed up and ready to leave Mama Tess' house onto the next host family for the week. We are really going to miss it here. While there is a breeze coming in through the window, I'm sweating and I still laugh when I look at my facebook friends photos where they currently wearing sweaters. I'm listening through the window, it's noon and apparently across the river they sing American karaoke songs really loud to decompress on a Sunday afternoon. Today is a day of rest and tomorrow the schedule picks up again with more service projects and cultural tours. Maybe I will even get to sing :)
