Helloooo.... Welcome friends and soon to be friends following us along on this trip. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jamie and I'm a Clinician from the Lehigh Valley. It has been a crazy week. I was at the Philippine consulate on Monday in NY, picked up all my "single serving essentials" from Target this evening and am now looking at the piles of items I need to organize with a glass of wine in my hand. For some reason I thought working the day prior to departure would be a good idea. Thursday is going to be a long day. I just realized it is now Thursday. So that means TOMORROW we are off. I cannot wait to take you all along for the ride :)
