What time is is again...?

It's 7:11pm time here Sunday which means it's about 6:11am Saturday in the US and I'm fighting the urge to pass out. So much for my 'no jet lag pills'. Went to bed around 3am this morning... So far the Philippines has been absolutely lovely. Had an orientation lunch today... it was course after course of fantastic food. And then while we were waiting for our luggage to arrive, we had ice cream. They really do eat at least 6 times a day. I think I was talked into trying Balut at some point during the trip, but only with a beer. We are staying at 4 host homes during the stay, arrived at our first one today. It's beautiful and our host is lovely. Busy day tomorrow, I'm going to have one last meal and then time for some glorious sleep.
