I can't believe that in 48 hours, I'll be approaching the west coast of the US, preparing to cross the Pacific. What was a steady pace of activity and preparation is cranking up into hard press, approaching frenzy. Tonight I'm going to pack so I can figure out what I'm missing and go get it tomorrow. I need to be on the road early Friday to get to the airport, so tomorrow's my last day to get anything done. Wow. There's a statement: tomorrow's my last day to get anything done.

Two observations: thank God I'm highly organized by nature, and, wow, I should really get my hair done more regularly. After my appointment with my stylist today, I must admit, I look fabulous! Thanks Betty!
